As a realtor based in the Tri-Cities it’s my focus to service from Port Moody to Maple Ridge and Langley. From Heritage Woods and Westwood Plateau in Coquitlam all the way over to Silver Valley in Maple Ridge. The Tri-Cities region has matured into what many are calling the most liveable and affordable region in the GVRD. This web site has a direct feed to the MLS® database. Listings displayed on the featured properties and all results of the direct search-engine are direct feeds from the Real Estate Board. This means you’ll be able to view new listings anywhere from 24 to 48 hours before they go live on the public MLS® system. You will have the option to sign up and receive “VIP Client View”, which gives you access to realtor-level listing information.
